White Glove Delivery
You choose the appliance. We handle everything else. Our own team delivers it, installs it, tests it, and takes your old one away — no subcontractors, no third-party couriers, no waiting on a separate installer.
Our crew brings your appliance into the room you want it in, unboxes it, and puts down floor runners before anything moves. We connect, level, and run your new appliance before we leave, then take the packaging with us. You get a working appliance and a clean kitchen or laundry room — not a box in the driveway.
We deliver to Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, and Richmond Hill. Outside these areas? Call us — we can often arrange it.

We Disconnect & Remove Your Old Appliance
There's nothing for you to prep or disconnect. As part of our white-glove service, our in-house team shuts off and disconnects your old appliance — water, power, and gas — carries it out, and takes it for recycling. It's included in every installation price, any brand, any age.

Before Your Delivery
Getting Ready
An adult (18+) needs to be home to receive and sign for the delivery.
Clear a path from the street to your door — snow, ice, and clutter included.
Inside, move furniture, rugs, and anything fragile out of the way, and keep pets in another room.
Measure doorways, hallways, and stairwells. Not sure it'll fit? Text us a photo and measurements at (437) 263-1437 and we'll tell you before delivery day.
On Delivery Day
- After your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive a delivery confirmation email with your delivery details.
We'll protect your floors and work carefully, but keep our shoes on for safety.
Stairs, banisters, railings, or tight turns? That's a Specialty Move — our crew is trained and equipped for it. It's booked as its own job, starting at $150 on top of standard delivery. Call (437) 263-1437 and we'll quote and schedule it.
Please inspect your appliance and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If you're refusing it because of damage, write "refused due to damage" on the receipt.
