Factory-sealed products can be returned at no penalty within 7 days of receipt, or up to 30 days of receipt with a restocking fee applied.*
Authorized returns can be dropped off at 214 Greenwood Ave at no additional cost. A retrieval fee may be applicable if My Appliance Store is required to retrieve the product.
All damages must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.
All products have a minimum of one year manufacturer's warranty (some exceptions may apply).
All product defects or recalls are subject to manufacturer’s warranty
All defects will be inspected by a factory technician prior to Returns Authorization to assess the issue
All returns and exchanges must be authorized in writing prior to drop-off or pickup of products.
No returns or exchanges on used or installed products.
All authorized returns or exchanges must have original packaging.
*All ventilation products are final sale.
All authorized returns and exchanges on undamaged products that have been opened, and not used, are subject to 25% restocking fee plus applicable delivery charges.
Any units that are approved for a return or exchange must be returned to My Appliance Store within 3 days of the approval date. Failure to return the item within 3 days will void the original approval and any return/exchange request will need to be resubmitted for review.
